Gnocchi with foie sauce and White Truffle

Ingridients:

  • White truffle to taste
  • Gnocchi 250g
  • Shredded Foie 60g
  • Cream 100g
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Put the foie in the casserole, melt it a little and add the cream, heat it well until the foie melts and it becomes a creamy sauce. Set it aside.

  2.  Boil the gnocchi for 5/6 minutes depending on the specific instructions of the pasta packet.

  3. Once boiled, add them to the sauce, mix well and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Finally, we serve it on a plate, add the grated white truffle to taste, a few cubes of foie and if we want a little parmesan.
